HEAD COACH/OFFENSIVE COORDINATOR/OFFENSIVE LINE

Coach Koepplin, Kep, grew up in Elgin, ND and was a 2006 Graduate of Grant County High School. He attended Mayville State University for his post-secondary education along with playing football. Graduating in 2010 with a BS in Education in the areas of secondary mathematics, physical education, and health. Following his undergrad, he obtained his MS in Leadership in Physical Education and Sport from North Dakota State University while working as an assistant football coach and adjunct faculty member at Mayville State. Coach Koepplin has had a few stops along the way including Oakes, ND as a JH and HS assistant, Gila Ridge High School in Yuma, AZ as the defensive coordinator, Beulah High School, ND for six years where he has served in a variety of rolls including defensive coordinator, and most recently as the Head Coach at Cibola High School in Yuma, AZ. To go along with football Kasey has held several other coaching positions as an assistant and head girls’ basketball coach, head tennis coach, assistant track coach, and head junior high track. He along with his wife Brittney and three children, Kage (5), Billy (4), and Willow (6 months) are all excited about the upcoming season!

Coach Chaulk brings six years of coaching experience at Rock Springs High School, where he has made significant contributions across multiple sports. His coaching tenure includes roles as Assistant Indoor Track Coach, Assistant Outdoor Track Coach at both RSHS and RSJHS, and Assistant Football Coach. Sid has also played a pivotal role in summer sports programs, nurturing athletes to excel in their respective disciplines. Within the football program, Sid has served as Defensive and Special Teams Coordinator for the Freshman and JV Teams, as well as Offensive Coordinator for Varsity. His strategic approach and dedication have been instrumental in the development and success of the teams he has coached. Sid is known for his goal-oriented mindset and passion for empowering individuals to reach their full potential. He is deeply committed to advancing and enhancing the football program at Rock Springs High School, aiming for continued success in the upcoming seasons and beyond.
